For every 5 Power Hours purchased by established producers (those with 5+ years of experience), I will provide 1 complimentary Power Hour to an emerging production professional.

How It Works:

  • Senior producers booking a Power Hour can nominate rising talent (2-4 years experience) for personalised guidance.

  • Priority given to candidates from demographics currently under-represented in advertising production

    • Individuals with disabilities

    • Non-white candidates

    • Non-Binary Candidates

    • Those from lower socioeconomic backgrounds
